I am often asked for simple meditation practices that one can do at home. Here is one of my favorites, recorded by myself for you to listen to and learn. It only takes 5-7 minutes, and can have a wonderfully relaxing, energizing and organizing effect. I often do this meditation in the mornings and before giving treatments. The meditation is pretty straightforward and simple to learn, but let me know if you have any questions about it.
